Gao Fenrong was born in Shangyuan Village, Yixing, Jiangsu Province in 1965. He is a celebrity of ceramic art in Jiangsu Province, a senior arts and crafts artist, and a member of the 14th CPPCC Wuxi City.  Visiting professor of Jiangnan University, intangible cultural inheritor of Wuxi Zisha ceramic making skills.  Under the supervision of Shao Shunsheng, a master of arts and crafts in Jiangsu Province, Ji Yishun, a master of Chinese arts and crafts, a professor at the Academy of Fine Arts of Shanghai University, Luo Xiaoping, the executive chairman of the China Ceramic Master Union.  Went to the Yuan Zisha Cultural Exchange Center.
